I’m very happy with the service I received at this body shop. The whole process was surprisingly quick and everyone was very helpful and made sure every issue was addressed and fixed. Someone drove into my car and the entire rear was damaged. They made sure insurance was on top of it and got everything going right away. My car is good as new. Thank you to Marius for being on top of everything.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I put full faith in MLUX and I am totally disappointed in the work they did. Very poor job done on my paint, the trunk does not match with the rest of my car and was the only thing they did not paint. Marius wants your money and will not be upfront about what he can and cannot do. Panels were put on crooked. Over promised and under delivered. Now I am in a bind because my insurance gave them $6,100 and now I have to deal with a poor paint job until I can afford to get this fixed. I do not trust these people to fix it. Please refer to the pictures posted. Look at the side trim and how crooked it was put back on my car. One side is straight and the other side is VERY crooked. Going too far up diagonal when it is supposed to be in a straight line. Look at the next picture of the trunk lid at the top (which was not painted and original) and compare it with the bottom of the line where it was painted by MLUX, you will notice that they are two different colors. Marius told me I must be blind. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! Marius was very rude and disrespectful and threatened me multiple times saying that I better leave a good review or else. He will respond right back to this review trying to make me look like the villain and himself look like he is a saint. THE BOTTOM LINE is he got paid to do a job and did NOT deliver. I am almost 100% positive that he commits insurance fraud on a daily basis. BE AWARE! Marius will offer a lot of perks like waiving your deductible in order to get your business and entice you, however, unfortunately he will cut as many corners as possible and most of your insurance money will be pocketed. He will spend as less money as possible out of your insurance payout and the job will not be done correctly! They claim they are I-CAR certified on their website at MLUXFIX.com however if you log onto Bodyshopology.com they are not listed as I-CAR certified! I did not do thorough research beforehand and I am paying the consequences dearly!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Marius and his team at this auto body shop highly enough! From start to finish, the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. Marius is a man of integrity and true professionalism who went above and beyond to assist me during a challenging time. Unfortunately, my car was declared a total loss by Tesla Insurance. While the process was painfully drawn out by the insurance company, Marius worked tirelessly to ensure the experience was as smooth as possible for me. He even provided me with a luxury car rental, understanding that I shouldn't have to settle for an economy vehicle while my luxury car was out of commission. This attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. His communication skills are phenomenal. I never had to worry about being in the dark because he kept me updated every step of the way. Whether it was a call, text, or email, Marius was always on top of it, giving me peace of mind during a stressful process. Marius did a great job fixing a scratched up door on a Tesla. This was one of the best and most trust inspiring experiences I've had with a body shop. Great communication and service. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Nice staff and service. I worked with Marius and he supported me alot, drop off my car at home since I refused the rental car he offered, plus give me free Uber home. The part needed came later than expected so we have to extend the finished time which I don't mind. He even bought 2 packs of drinking water which we was nearly out and ship to our home to support us while waiting for the car return. It's very touch when you get what you need at the right time, especially while I'm so busy with my baby as a single Mom. Thanks Marius for all your services and supports. I'm very pleased with their service and the outlook of my car after 1 week at the shop. It's a bit pricey to me due to no insurance cover, but it's worth it to have a peace in mind and having good outcome as you wanted.
