Chad is amazing! Bought a new to me 21 Ram 1500 and low and behold after a few cold starts discovered I had the dreaded hemi exhaust manifold leak, called Chad up and told him I was thinking after market manifolds as they are built better and that would require replacing both manifolds at the same time, not an issue Chad had my pickup in quickly and completed the repair very quickly. Chad is exceptionally well priced in his labor, he is also prompt, honest and courteous. I will definitely return to Chad with all my future repairs and will definitely recommend him to anyone that asks where in Laramie to take their vehicle for repairs or service!

This review is late incoming, but I just want to give a big THANK YOU to Chad and his wife for getting us back on the road with our 14 goats headed back to St. Louis. We broke down just outside of Laramie, Wyoming and got towed back to the tow yard on a Friday night. Chad came over on Saturday to try and get us back up and running but decided we better wait until Monday for Ford to give us the diagnose. We were pulling 14 goats back from Oregon in our living quarters stock trailer, so we could stay in there while we were waiting for the truck to get fixed. Chad even offered to take the trailer over to their place, always trying to make sure we were comfortable. Ford told us on Monday that it would cost us $10,000 to fix the truck and probably wouldn’t be back on the road for at least three or four days. I told Chad what the problem was and he said let’s go get it. So we towed it over to his shop and on Tuesday night he had fixed the problem. He needed a part from Cheyenne so he let my wife and I take his wife’s car to Cheyenne to pick up the part he needed to fix our truck . Total repair cost $1,600.00. If you wonder are there good people in the world, I’ve got to say, Laramie, Wyoming. Chad and his wife went above and beyond for people they never knew. Once again we owe you a very big THANK YOU for getting us back on the road and showing us such wonderful hospitality. The goats were super happy to get out of the trailer back in St. Louis where the wind was not blowing 80 mile an hour and snow flurries to boot:) Erika and Greg

MnM repair is the best! Chad saved my daughter who had auto issues up at the ski resort on a Sunday. He got the car (and the skiers) to his shop and fixed the belt issues in a very timely fashion and they were on their way back to Ft. Collins in no time. It is so nice to know that there are still wonderful, honest trust worthy business owners out there! I wish I lived in the same state or city so I could have MnM do all of our car work in the future. I've known Chad for years. He used to work with my brother at Crete Carriers in Cheyenne as a heavy diesel mechanic and I personally worked with him for a few years at Transpro Trucking in Laramie where he was lead mechanic. He got me in right away for an alternator in my wife's Ford Fusion, recommended doing the serpentine belt while he was in there and did an oil change. Got it back, problem solved with 0 complaints. He even takes the time to go through and do an inspection on your ride. Lights, tire tread and pressure, brake wear, fluids checked. Very thorough. If you don't want to be gouged by price markups on parts and want a decent labor rate, Chad is your man 100%.

I purchased ball joints and needed to have them installed. He was happy to install them (some mechanics do not install customer provided parts or charge an additional fee, he doesn't charge an extra fee). Right now his hours are evenings and weekends because he is also working a day job. Hopefully his business will take off and he'll be able to work more conventional hours. He is a great guy and charges a fair price. He will not try to upsell you like some other shops do. I'm confident in doing some mechanic work myself but for jobs I'm not sure about, I'll not hesitate to take my business here. If you're looking for an honest mechanic to work on your vehicle, I recommend MnM Repair.
