I contacted him yesterday at about 1pm about possible battery or alternator issues. My car is not starting. He told me he had one other job before me so I waited about 5 hours before texting him asking if he was still coming. The response was rude after being left unbothered. After this message exchange was sent I received no contact from him until now when I messaged him informing him I no longer required his services over 24 hours after our initial exchange. Online it says he is open 24 hours and I stayed up until 12 am waiting to hear from him in hopes to have my car fixed by the morning if not the next day. I’ve never used a mobile mechanic before and this was definitely not the best first experience with one.

He was great in the beginning but a couple months ago after he replaced my belt and water pump he ghosted us and took my oil filter for the change he was supposed to do. As of typing this the belt wasn't moving and the car overheated, never again. ( not like I could cause again, ghosted) *note I had called and texted a few times with no response aside from once where you said you were also having vehicle issues. :(

Totally the best mechanic that I have ever met. I don’t think that there is anything that he can’t fix. I would highly recommend. Also he has some of the best prices in town!
