Horrible service, called him to fix’s my alternator for my dodge charger 2010 and he did more damage to it then he did fix, he was be super rude and disrespectful, he was blaming me for almost everything and then cuts the bar to my alternator and took the money and never fixed my car had to call someone else and pay twice more just to fix his mistake. DONT GO HERE/CALL THEM FOR HELP OR YOU WILL BE LEFT WOTHOUT A CAR FOR MONTHS TOO

Eric is an amazing guy. Long story short, I had a major vehicle issue while visiting family in California. Was really struggling with who to call because I knew it would be a big job. Took a chance and called him. The hands down best service I’ve ever had. The attention to detail and care he took in getting the job done right was top shelf. I have told all my family in California about him. So much better than a dealer or big shop. You can’t go wrong with Eric.

Great Service. Great Guy. Eric is very honest and helpful.. He doesn't take advantage like most mechanics do.. Very Reasonably Priced. We were stuck where our car wasn't drivable for over a week, and we kept getting the run around from these other so called "mobile" mechanics.. They said they would show up and then they never did....Then we found Eric on a Google Search for Mobile Mechanics in our Area, and texted him, and he responded right away. He came over the same day and helped us asap, as we were stuck.. He did the job, and even stayed to make sure the car wasn't leaking and that all the parts worked.. He went above and beyond to help us, and we are very grateful. We would be stuck without his help and not able to drive. He is very professional and reliable.. We definitely are going to use him for any future automotive work.. We already have some work we are going to be doing again with him.. He is our go to Mechanic now...We recommend him. Thanks Eric, we will be using you again.. We are the ones with the 2006 Black Chevy Tahoe Suv, that you helped us with our heater hose & connecter . We Appreciate You. 🙏🏻😊

Horrible service, mechanic was being rude and very disrespectful, never got my money back for a job he never finished needed a simple oil change and now I need to replace the whole oil pan cuz they broke it and didn’t want to finish it because they said it was my fault …. DONT COME/CALL THESE MECHANICS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LEFT WITH NO CAR

Wow where to start!!!! 0 Lets start with a 0. If I was able to give Eric a 0 star he would have it. I travel around the world and happened to have my truck break down in Pasadena while traveling. The friend I was staying with recommended Eric since he is the person her mother and herself use for their vehicles. It was late at night and I was not expecting Eric to come and diagnosis my truck at 10pm at night. He advised me that it would be $125.00 to diagnose my truck. I let Eric know at that time I have to pass as I just spent a lot on parts and will see if I can find someone who would diagnose cheaper or at no cost to get my business. He understood was a bit abrasive as too why I didn't want him to come out that night to diagnose it. I needed a break and let him know again that I need to see if I can find someone who will do that at no cost to get my business. I was sitting with my friend when he Texted her that He is going to do this as a favor for her and that he wanted her for the diagnose. Yes you read that right! I let her know that was not okay with me, he then called and said he would be there at 8 am. I was up early waiting, sent a text nothing. Then I received a message at close to 12pm saying he would be there in 20 mins, that 20 mins then turned into another 4 hours waiting next to my truck. WE both called and texted him to understand what the issue is and why he still had not shown up. He turned his phone off and calls where then going to VM when asking if everything is ok. Around 7 pm he calls my friends phone upset that we are taken back that he literally strung us along all day. My friend handed me the phone and Eric then started yelling at me about he was trying to do a favor and that he hasn't made it out because Money comes first to him before anything, again his words. If you are in business and you make deals and then back out of them because of your own personal situations there is a problem. He never showed up at all. In fact he then wanted me to pay him to even think about driving to look at the truck. This is NOT how you run a mobile business. If you tell a customer your going to do something then don't that it just show's you care less about helping people and more about profit. I would not recommend ERIC for the way he treats people, his business model is not fundamentally functional. Propositioning work on someone's vehicle for "favors" is NOT okay!!! If your supposed to be using the honor system/friend system to build your business you might want to take a business management course or two. Treat people better Eric you never know who you are on the phone with.
