I was involved in a collision in my beloved & spotless 2001 Toyota Tacoma in early July of this year. The best thing about that horrible day was making the decision to have my truck towed to Mock's Ford Body Shop in Grants Pass, Oregon. Eric, the body shop manager, was phenomenal from the moment he greeted me and throughout the entire process. His professional manner, experience and knowledge set my mind at ease. It was great that he dealt with the insurance company to make sure all the repairs would be covered. Everyone working here was very kind, professional, and cared about my experience. The auto body repair looked amazing afterwards, and they even detailed the inside of my car. I was stressed out about not having a car during the holiday season, so they did everything they could to make sure my car was fixed in a timely matter, and it was fixed before they said it would be. Overall a great experience, I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting good quality repairs! 😊

I've had my car hit twice and without a second thought I always take it here. The people who work their are always super friendly and accommodating. Their attention to detail for the car and paperwork is unlike any other. My car is my baby and I only trust my baby with Mock's!

I have to tell you what an excellent job Mocks did to my F250 truck. I have the special King Ranch ruby red 3 coat paint job and I was very apprehensive about getting a perfect match. I couldn't be happier with the perfect match. They were also very kind and courteous throughout the whole process. They gave me a 5 day completion schedule, which they kept. Having experienced other body shops scheduling has always been a problem, but not at Mocks. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them to Everyone. Thank you guys.
