Modified Concepts is one of the BEST places I've worked with. They are quick, great communicators with an eye for design. I wouldn't go anywhere else for wheels or tires on Long Island!

Run from this place!! I purchased some AG Wheels from whoever runs their Instagram account and his customer service was great until I paid him. I was ignored and lied to on multiple occasions. My wheels came in wrong after I sent him a pic of EXACTLY what I wanted. Nothing was ever his fault, he blamed EVERYTHING on AG. He told me that he was going to have AG cut out some vinyl for my wheel caps for the headache and lack of customer service, and when I asked him about them he told me that AG couldn't cut them out because the lettering was too thin. I called AG and spoke to the salesman that runs their account and he told me that he had no idea what I was talking about and that they never attempted to cut vinyl for these clowns. I have screen shots of DMs to prove everything. Learn from my mistake, take your money somewhere else.
