Mohawk Chevrolet - Service and Tire Center

I was notified by text that my oil was ready to change soon by a service advisor. I gave a date and time for the appointment I wanted and it was accepted. I showed up at the appointment a little early and I was greeted by the service advisor who welcomed me and took my keys. As soon as my truck was finished, he explained everything that they did and thanked me for coming in. Absolutely flawless experience.

I’ve been going here since I got my Trail Boss in 2023 and they have been great! Service is terrific, customer service is top notch and they always do an outstanding job. I have not been happy with the service at Mohawk Chevy from the get go. The person that sold us the car was not very experienced-which is fine- but right after we purchased it, he left the company. We have had issues with the dolphin antenna coming off while going through the car wash( we had to pay out of pocket for a new one which isn’t in the same color as the original. That would have been an additional $200). Then we noticed the rugs under the front mats were soaked! We brought it in and they couldn’t find anything. It didn’t stop leaking so we brought it in again. Turns out a hose was never connected at the factory. The girl we dealt with said she would call us by the end of the day and ended up taking a half day off and no one called until the next day-oh and we couldn’t have a rental-so I was inconvenienced for 2 days without a car. I called three weeks ago to let them know the front carpets are still wet but this time I needed a rental. The same girl said she would call me in a few days. Well it’s been 3 weeks and no call. I’m hesitant to even deal with them again.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and make me feel like a very important customer, even though I did not buy a Chevrolet from them. Customer service is the best.

Quick and efficient, Alyssa Corbett Service Advisor checked me in and called me (we decided to grab lunch) when the vehicle was finished. I appreciated that the car was washed, which was unexpected.
