I had scheduled oil change, wheel balancing and wheel alignment for my car through Groupon. But when I took my car, manager Clifton said, he has to reschedule me as there isn't a slot open. I was rescheduled. When I took the car to the shop,the manager said, he can't do alignment as he can't lift the car, but he can change oil and do wheel balancing. After the oil change, wheel balancing and air filter check, I drove the car for about 3 minutes from the shop and it stalled at the highway ramp. I called the shop and explained the situation and I was given a number to tow the car back to the shop. I asked the manager to come and take a look and had to wait nearly an hour in the cold for him to show up. After his arrival, he checked but couldn't figure out why the car was stalling. My car didn't have this problem before bringing it to the shop. I drove almost 40 miles before bringing it to the shop. Finally, I called AAA and got it towed home (paid $84). The next day, the car was taken to a different mechanic shop and was told that the air flow sensor was damaged (paid $180). I lost trust with this place and never went back for wheel alignment.

I’m actually genuinely shocked by the good reviews. I had a terrible experience! I made the appointment. The woman in the phone told me they had a deal… $159 per axel for brake pads. I wanted to know the cost after labor, so she told me to “leave my line free, so they could return my call right away” Many hours later, they called. Told me first that the woman didn’t tell me there was a deal, and tried to tell me she was telling me about a warranty (not at all true). Then he said she was in their call center in the Philippines, so she wouldn’t know. I called their number on Google, so it’s weird they even use a call center, but whatever. I went in willing to pay the higher price and willing to get new rotors for one axel to the tune of $619. I went in, and there was no parking. I went around back and three dudes were literally just staring at me. I called the number they returned my call from (also the same call center abroad) and they transferred me to the store. The guy walks out the back door “are you Jennifer?” He’s clearly on the phone with the call center who let him know I’m outside, even though he’s seen me there. I tell him there’s no parking out front… he says “well, can’t you just walk around to the front?” It’s in the twenties temp wise… in the tens with windchill and this man just walked out a door on the back of the building and he’s telling me to walk around. I literally was like “okay”, and drove off. I called to cancel the appointment and the woman was like “they’ll call you back”… to which I was like..”nope, just cancel it”. She said she would and a couple minutes later I see a call from them and ignore it. They can’t pick up their own phone, honor pricing quoted by the company they work for, or make anything convenient whatsoever? Nope. I’m done. I was very patient for an hour extended amount of time and was done! I’m still done! I would NEVER go here again.

I've been coming here since they opened as Monro. I've always received the best and most honest service. Cliff, the manager, goes the extra mile to take care of customers. Thanks to Cliff and Monro, a dangerous issue was discovered with my former vehicle and that saved me a lot of headache and potential injury. I can't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere other then here.

I've worked most frequently with Clifton, but the entire team is technically skilled and very friendly to work with. They provided great communication about pricing and the work plan. The costs were reasonable, and I'll definitely remain a loyal customer.

Had made an appointment to get 2 new tires. They didn't have a certified mechanic available to make sure they could safely lift my car. It has a little rust How did they think they were going to put tires on the car? Took it to another shop and they always have a certified mechanic in the shop when they are open
