Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I'm here right now no one here Saturday at 10:45. Cars in the lot, garage bays full. Had my car for 3 days going on 4 now and no one ever calls or updates. Told me yesterday on Friday it would be complete, no call no update. Now they apparently make their own hours and don't say anything on the website or Google. I'll be contacting BBB and also Monro corporate. This place has no business being open.

This place is awful I would give it 0 stars if I could. My car wasn’t starting so I had it towed there Friday night and had an appointment Saturday to put a starter in. Saturday comes and right before they close they tell me that now it’s the starter and battery and it will be done Sunday. Okay. The ONE tech calls out Sunday ( not really their fault but should have more than one tech just in case this happens) then Monday and Tuesday apparently the tech isn’t scheduled????? Okay??? Then Wednesday comes and the tech is there but I have to call at like 3 to ask for an update and now apparently there’s rusty bolts on the manifold that he doesn’t want to take off and the manager is not being helpful at all he is kind of just saying “ oh well that’s what’s happening “ and he doesn’t recommend any solution or anything but He ends up taking them off and I pick up the car Thursday $800 (400$ for labor from a mechanic that didn’t want to even do it) then I am at my second job FRIDAY NIGHT and my engine light comes on and it is making a terrible noise so I take it to the Monroe in Malta and it turns out my knock sensor and some connectors are broken and damaged. So this monro mechanic almost made my motor blow up I don’t recommend this shop. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ONE IN MALTA

Horrible experience.. they didn’t have the parts and they had my truck for a full business day and they also charged me a lot of money but on the invoice 🧾 it never included time/labor and price for parts. They just put miscellaneous onto two sections and billed me $400+ dollars for a simple gasket and four bolts… Ripoff

Nephew took car there as scheduled. Tires not ordered and they claim no appt. Said ok for next day. Next day still not done but Tires were in. We ended up taking Tires elsewhere to get put on. Will not go back there...

Monroe was able to fit me in same day and did a great job fixing my exhaust heat shield for a very reasonable price. I always go to Monroe for exhaust repairs, they are honest and do good work for a reasonable cost.
