Excellent service- fast and price friendly! I needed brakes for my state inspection (which I wasn't expecting) and they were able to do it right away, even two hours before closing when they could've easily told me to make an appointment. Price was more than fair, too! I appreciated how friendly they were, and how everything was explained clearly, transparently, and kindly. These guys are the best! ✌🏼

I appreciated the fast service. Brought my car in for an oil change and was happy to hear they had my tires in stock. My car was ready within about an hour and a half, pretty solid for no appointment. Thought the guys were decent and I’ll definitely bring my car back for service.

Terrible experience and will not be back, you shouldn’t go there either. I was scheduled to have my car inspected, to which I arrived and was rescheduled due to the inspector being out. When I rescheduled it was put down at the wrong time. I however went anyways and the front desk assistant acknowledged me and then went outside to chat and smoke with his friends before checking me in. 20 minutes later and I’m finally checked in, and the attendant keeps calling me sweetie and sweetheart. My car gets pulled back and about 5 minutes later I’m told my car failed inspection. Ok whatever, the guy brings me back to show me my breaks and takes a phone call while in the middle of our conversation. He then tells me that my front breaks have 0 padding and my back breaks “are in a weird spot and I can’t see them so I’m going to fail you for those”. I ended up finding an appointment at Mohawk Honda (should’ve gone here to begin with) and passed with flying colors. My non-existent breaks Monro failed me on had over 6mm of breaks left (state minimum is 3). Overall it was terrible experience and I won’t be returning.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite. However, when he called his boss to try to further understand how groupon works, his boss not only tried to swindle me.He also was rude and hung up on his own employee. I don't know if I'll visit this Monroe again.
