I only had my truck for a week and backed up by a pole. Mashed the mirror. Ordered a new one from them and Carlos caught that I ordered the wrong one. Changed it to the correct part number, received it quickly, installed and everything works as it should. I saved a good bit by not having to go to a dealer. I will be contacting Carlos if my truck needs anything in the future. Great to deal with.

Called to know about the status of my order after almost 2 weeks of waiting, the guy told me the part was on back order for another week, an information that I personally think it would have been useful to have before completing the order, he told me they do not show parts availability on the web site; so basically they sell parts they do not have but you are not allow to know that before paying, not an honest business practice in my opinion. Just writing this review so others know what to expect when doing business with this dealer.

I was sent the completely wrong part. They said they were going to ship the correct one 6 days ago and notify us when the correct item shipped but no word so far. The image below of the item received isn’t close to an EV charger!
