Incident Date: November 3rd, 2024 I had an extremely distressing experience I had after my vehicle was towed from the Safeway near Santa Clara University at around 10 PM. Upon discovering my car had been towed, I inquired with nearby individuals and was informed of the towing company’s name. I called the company, and the person on the phone provided me with the address to retrieve my vehicle. When I arrived at the location, the same individual rudely asked if I was the person who had hung up on him earlier. He proceeded to speak to me in a highly disrespectful and demeaning manner. My wallet, which was in my car, was needed for verification purposes. He allowed me access through a small pedestrian gate to retrieve my wallet and then demanded $530 to release the vehicle. This amount included a $135 storage fee, even though the vehicle had only been there for less than 30 minutes, and a $125 gate fee because I had arrived after normal business hours. When I pointed out that since I was already being charged for a full day of storage, I could simply return the next morning to avoid the additional $125 gate fee, he responded by threatening to call the police if I didn’t pay immediately. I asked him to go ahead and call the police. He then stated that even if I returned the following day, he would ensure I was charged the $125 fee because he had to open the small gate for me. He added that he was making a note in his system to justify this charge and implied that this was retaliation because I had allegedly hung up the phone on him earlier. Throughout this ordeal, the individual continued to insult me, mocking my accent and tone of voice. When I attempted to ask questions, he refused to answer and instead repeated, "How are you going to pay?" in an aggressive, endless loop. I have never experienced such blatant bias since moving to the United States, and this encounter left me deeply upset. It wasn’t just the unlawful charges that were infuriating; it was the highly biased and derogatory manner in which I was treated that caused the most emotional harm. Being manipulated and spoken to in such a demeaning way, especially when already in a vulnerable situation, is unacceptable. I strongly urge you to reconsider employing individuals who treat others in such an appalling manner. Being charged an excessive fee is already a source of frustration, but adding extremely biased behavior on top of that made this experience exponentially worse.

I am extremely disappointed with the blatant hypocrisy of this tow company. A while back, my car was towed for parking in a fire lane. However, last night I witnessed the same tow truck from this company parked in the fire lane. The irony is just too much to ignore. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for a company that enforces parking rules to blatantly break them. This double standard is infuriating and shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for the rules they are supposed to uphold. If you’re going to enforce the rules, make sure you follow them too! Tow companies need to set an example and adhere to the same standards they impose on others. You guys have bad reviews for a reason!

Not like this company needs more 1 star reviews but here is mine. My car was towed from a mall parking lot saying it was parked there outside business hours. I had arrived there at 6am, the sign on the lot clearly stated there was no over night parking but did not mention anything about certain hours. I contacted the tow company to be reimbursed for this but they said since they were authorized to make the tow so it is valid and I can not get reimbursed. Not surprised they denied my claim cause why would they want to admit any fault and give back money they made. Their email stated "Your claim is denied, there will be no further correspondence." I called and talked to the manager, Michael who I felt had a rude attitude about the whole thing. I got the sense he didn't even consider my evidence or side of the story. When I asked him who this could be appealed to he said I could take him to small claims court. Reading all the other 1 star reviews this company has I completely agree with what others have said and this company is incredibly terrible.

While legally unloading in a fire lane in front of my house, a Morris & Sons driver drove by, stopped, then harassed me about being in a fire lane. I explained how it was allowed by neighborhood regulations, but he threatened to tow my vehicle anyhow, lowered his tow boom, then gave me a limit of 5 minutes to finish. Total harassment!!

This is the bad company. They towed my car with reason parking permit upside down. They charged me $510 . They told me that I must to sign on the machine . They could return my car. After I signed, they gave me invoice $510. They cheat me . I would like to report this company for everyone.
