Ino Alvarado was our designated Service Consultant who tended to us with exceptional customer service. He provided us with a courtesy vehicle while our Lexus was being serviced. He kept us informed of the status of our vehicle from start to finish and even had our Lexus washed when it was ready for pick up. Bakersfield Lexus is awesome! I took my Lexus to the service department at 7am and Aris was welcoming, considerate, professional, and kind. I’ve had several cars over the years and been to multiple service departments and my experience at Lexus was by far the best. I didn’t even have to call him to check on my car he actually called me as he said he would.

The staff is very pleasant when they greet you as you drive up to the service entrance. Your service advisor make sure that any concerns are addressed and the waiting area is peaceful and clean. It's actually relaxing to come in and wait for your vehicle, keep up the good work!
