Shifter linkage without in my envoy, Ryan the tow truck driver / mechanic was very professional. My truck was up and running the next day. My insurance reimburse me for the tow. the labor and parts cost was not bad either. Thank you again.

The worst experience ever. Where to begin they were incompetent inept. The cost the lost wages the inability to correct there mistakes and the ultimate had to pay someone else to get the job done right. The only positive is I finally have a great mechanic

Great service. Happy that we have a great place to take our Subarus for maintenence. Staff is very nice and friendly and prices are reasonable.

Avoid this shop at all costs! They damaged my car while repairing it, said they would fix it, and then later refused to fix it or own up to it once they understood the cost of fixing it. They also are not very skilled, as they could not figure out or fix my check engine light issue after four repairs to do so. The owner, Mark, did not care at all about the above issues and was incredibly unprofessional. And don’t believe the reviews about Andy being a great guy. He blamed my car damage on the owner and then lied and said he never did. Please read the Google reviews at their Lake Arrowhead location before going to either location. Do not trust these dishonest, shady people with your vehicles!

Took my car to have the engine replaced for the agreed price of $5200 on 9/22/2023. Gave a cash deposit of $2600. On 11/1/2023 nothing was done and I removed my car from the shop. Mark Lelong, the owner, refuses the refund my deposit. I was ripped off. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP! I will pursue legal action.
