I have come to them for 5 years. Super efficient and honest service provider. They can finish an oil change in 10min! They are sometimes a bit relaxed about their open time but otherwise everything is perfect!

Changed my front rotor and brake here about a year ago, then I brought the car to LA. On the way back, the car suddenly showed unusual vibration which caused my panic. When I got back to Mountain View I went there to ask why. Turns out they don’t have a good solution. Then I didn’t do too much driving and the vibration didn’t happen again. Until one time, I drove my car to Santa Cruz, the same thing happened again. I went back after half a year after the rotor change and the boss said ‘This is not our product or service’. And after he checked the records, he acknowledged that my car and rotor was serviced and changed here. Didn’t figure out how to handle this problem, and refused to give any further check. Do not recommend to come to this place with low quality parts.

Very bad services. After Services A for my car . I have to bring my car back to Dealer services. I choice this shop to do service A because I don’t have time to make an appointment bring my car to dealer to do service A . Now I have to do that. After service A my car computer show need reactive for remote service. When I google it because they use OBD which is themself computer check system. And today I make a phone call try to ask them help. That said they don’t have an idea.

This is a very honest shop, both technicians are very professional. Bower Shi, the manager always gave me excellent service and a fair price. I highly recommend them.
