Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

Great shop overall. My tire gave out about 75 miles from home and they really helped me out in a pinch. Dan is super friendly and professional. He was willing to work within my budget, even though I ended up spending more for all 4 tires and better quality ones. It's nice to find a business (especially an auto shop) that really cares about quality and customer service.

Great experience with Carlos at Mountain View Tire! I have come here since 2020 and have always received quality care and service for my vehicle. I needed new tires and we had some hiccups along the way but Carlos met my irritability today with kindness, validated my frustration, and made a huge effort to ensure that I received great customer service. He took a very detailed inspection of my car and made sure I was informed. He really embodied customer service today and made the experience so seamless and stress free. Great local shop - def will continue to work with them! - 3x new tires, great/fair price & tire alignment

Dan was AMAZING! Came in for a battery and he had it delivered on spot, and made sure I was in and out. Mind you I work closer to long beach but live in North Hollywood, and the reps there seemed to not care as much. I'd happily take the drive anytime!

This was my first time here and had such a good experience. I was happy they would take me on a Sunday afternoon after Discount Tires held my car half a day only to share they weren't able to replace my sensors due to outdated software. Not only was Leo at the front desk so friendly and personable, he also called me after finding my wallet outside of the store that unknowingly dropped and kept it safe for me. Lastly, they charged fair prices for their services and David even replaced all 4 of my sensors when only 2 needed replacing after I told them the wrong tire location for the broken sensor. Overall a good experience and I'll definitely be back.

Dan Pignatore the manager is a very courteous, professional and organized person. The service was excellent! The shop was short staffed the day I visited but he went above and beyond to ensure the customers needs were addressed in a timely manner as best as possible. I highly recommend this Tire and Auto Shop.
