STAY AWAY In the past I have had great experiences with this location. This past time I took my brand new Model 3 and I thought everything was returned in great condition. I later noticed that they cracked the rear glass on my car and put several deep dents and scratches in the car. Definitely will never return.

Great experience on my end. Needed 2 new tires and spoke to Joe, he took care of everything, he was communicative when they came in earlier and detailed with pricing, timing etc and v nice and professional. It was an easy and pleasant experience. I’ve been going to this location for 10 years and I’ve always had a great experience. Thank you MVT!

After running around town trying to get a professional tire repair Mountain View Tire & Auto Service came through with professional, friendly, and expedient service. Note, I went to 2 other shops that didn’t even inspect the car, and one them said the tire was good. Uhm… except for the nail in the tire he didn’t even care to check for. Thanks to Mountain View Tire & Auto Service for getting me back on the road safely.

Ok. I don't usually want to write for mechanics and automotive services, but I need to write for this one. I went to get an oil change. Assistant manager, Mike, was very courteous. He thanked me every time I gave him the information he needed to enter into the computer. Before he left for the day, while I was sitting, he reassured me and another customer that his team would take care of us. And thanked us again. He also addressed us by name! That's way unusual for auto service employees to be that professional. He also kept us updated about the status of our cars. Finally, he told his employees that he was taken off. Another employee, dressed in a black Hurley polo shirt, took care of me after my car's oil change was complete. He was also very professional and polite. It appears that everyone at this place gets along well and is concerned about one another. Oh, and it took less than 30 minutes for oil change AND tire rotation. I am really happy with Mountain View Tire & Auto Service's Duarte location, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you very much for your great service, and see you next time!

They have almost got me killed when the tire they had installed for me literally exploded at the first drive.not mentioning a thousands of dollars damage that they don’t take responsibility for, even though I bought insurance. Do your self a favor and stay away
