Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

This is the worst Tire Store I have ever been to! They do not back their products they sell or their work they perform on your vehicle!! They are rude to you! The manager has zero people skills! I bought 4 tires for my Mercedes S550 2000 bucks! Within a year 3 of the 4 tires failed!! They were defective! Bad product! I had to pay to replace each one! The manager argued with me for 30 minutes! I told him I have a background in the tire business! One thing I know is? When, I see a defective tire! I finally got him to split the cost with me on one of the tires! My 4 times I went to this tire store was a battle to get any help! They are always under staffed!! 3 of the 4 times I went there? I was told they couldn’t help me! Why? Because he had no one there to work on my car and fix the problem. Absolutely ridiculous! When, I was younger, I Managed some of the biggest tire stores out there! I know a thing or two about how a tire store should operate and treat the customers! I will never go to this tire store again! Even though it’s close to my home! In the future? I will drive to a real tire store that understands customer service! Also, treats you with the respect any customer spending their hard earned money with them deserves! I honestly am in shock that any business who is dependent on customer satisfaction to succeeded!! Could possibly treat people the way they do! I would be embarrassed to own this place!

Had a flat tire and was in a hurry. Gerard and the team were incredible! Fastracked the repair, check the air on all 4 tires after repair, and got me on the road. The place was super clean, coffee, TV with football game. Was as good as an experience repairing a tire could be. Thank you! 5 Stars

I needed tires for my Mustang Mach E and did not know that the EV's required a different rated tire. I was pissed that my last set did not last and wore out fast. The gentleman who helped me named Doug told me that due to the extreme weight of the battery the tires needed a higher rating. He showed me a tire and I even price checked it only to find out his deal was the best. Thanks Doug!

I have been a customer of Doug's for over 10 years and wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I have also referred about a dozen friends that have all had terrific service from Doug and his whole team. I would highly recommend Mountain View Tire 😊

Hi my name is april mlekush, I got some work done on my car. Let me start by saying when I walk in the first thing I notice was how clean the waiting room was. I spoke with a Doug and he was very helpful. The prices are very reasonable. They were prompt in getting my car fixed. The staff is great I would highly recommend this shop to any one. I will not be going to any other shop.
