Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

I recently visited Mountain View Tire and Auto Service for a tire repair, which marked my second visit to this location, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the issue with my tire and giving me an honest estimate of the repair time. They got the job done quickly, and I appreciated how efficiently they worked, especially considering how busy they seemed. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable while waiting, offering coffee and a clean waiting area, which is a nice touch. The prices were fair, and I felt like I was getting good value for the work done. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for any future car issues. It’s rare to find a business that combines quality service, transparency, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a repeat customer here with my modern cars (Infiniti and Pacifica) and always found the deals and service to be excellent. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and also fun to talk to about options. Recently, I bought a classic 1969 AMC AMX. That’s the type of car that has very different needs than a modern vehicle. Less knowledgeable places might slap too modern of a tire on it, for example, and damage the suspension. But these guys know their stuff. They mounted BF Goodrich Radial TAs on Magnum 500s and made the car look AND perform like it rolled off the showroom floor in 1969. And while the price and service was great (and fast) what was important to me in this case was the expertise. THAT’s what I want to be sure of when someone is balancing, aligning, and picking materials for my car that I and my family are going to enjoy. I highly recommend you give these guys a shot when you need wheels and tires. They have various deals, of course, payment plans, etc. But you’re also going there for the knowledge and information. THAT’S what you should be paying for to keep you safe and happily driving. It’s rare to find quality service nowadays, so get it while you can.

Every time I visit this place, I feel secure that my car needs are met. They have great customer service from answering your calls, addressing your concerns, and making sure you leave the place satisfied. Their office is clean too with a calm ambiance, makes the wait worthwhile. Excellent job!

Great service. I was helped by the manager Harry. He advised me on getting new tires. The prices were great and he was not pushy. I held off on tires this visit, since I rarely drive the car. But I will definetly return here when I am ready. I left my vehicle for an oil change and it was ready within a couple hours.

Mountain View Tire located on Devonshire Street is one of the most professional and efficient service centers! I take all my vehicles for service to this facility, and make all tire purchases. My Mercedes , Kia, Audi, and Mitsubishi. No matter my issues they address and provide suggestions making all necessary repairs and/or service. If they don’t have the tires I request in stock they obtain and contact me immediately upon receipt. I wholeheartedly trust the team with my vehicles. They are courteous, HONEST, and do a great job!!! My heartfelt thanks to the team!!!!
