Terrible experience went in for a wheel alignment and after leaving my engine light came on due to the technician, leaving a hose under the hood disconnected and also it was a sloppy job. Some brake fluid strips were left under hood. Will not return or recommend.

I had a nail in a tire on my truck. Mark was very professional and got me in promptly but the nail was located too close to the edge of the tire so it was unrepairable. Mark found the same tire (Goodyear Workhorse HT) to be delivered later today so I'll go back to have it installed. Fortunately the tire is leaking very slowly. Update: When I returned to have the tire installed, They got me right in and mounted, balanced, and installed the tire promptly. I mentioned to Mark, the manager, that some older reviews were negative but the newer reviews were very positive. He explained that the prior management was the problem and since he's been managing the store he has changed a lot of things, including most of the mechanics. My impression is that under new management, this is a professional, expert, and ethical shop. Strongly recommended.

Mark & Andy are helpful, knowledgeable and have the best customer service. They are never pushy and always give the best recommendations for your car & safety. I’ve been going to this Mountain View location for multiple car services for many years and have always trusted that my car was in good hands.

I called before I head over to the store to check availability of my tire. I was told it was in stock. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have it but could get it in 5 min from a different place. They showed me the tire and it had a build code of 3323 which is older than a year. I had no choice since I had a nail in the sidewalk of my tire. At pickup I asked if they checked the tire pressure on all the other ones and they confirmed. I even got a printout which states that. After getting into my vehicle my tpm stated a pressure of 37 psi for the new tire and 32 for the other ones. They all should have had 35psi per manufacturer recommendation. I will never do any more business with this place.
