Very happy with my experience! I came in for a possible wheel alignment but the Techs found that the issues were my tires. I didn’t have time to do that the same day so followed up another day to have new tires installed and they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day with a great price and get me in and out quickly. Thanks to Tim at the front and the techs doing the work. Everyone was very helpful and honest.

Made an appointment online for a tire repair. Came in and met Tim and Joshua who were both professional and personable. My tire was not a candidate for repair due to the screw being in the same quadrant as as a previous repair patch. They even showed me for proof. I was offered to replace the tire with a new one, same brand. It was ordered and available next day with life time warranty. I was very happy with the level of care provided.

Mountain View on vineyard in oxnard is the best place for great customer service. Great guy name MARK helped me with whatever I needed. Mark and his team really has your best interest at heart and will tell you how it is to get your car to the best shape as possible. Very thankful 🙏🏾

Worst place ever for Oil Change/Tire Rotation 1. Made phone appointment for 12:30, planned to wait in lobby as they mentioned it would take about 1 hour. Upon arrival, they tell us everybody is at lunch until 1pm. Why didn't they tell us this on phone and change our appointment to 1pm? (Strike 1). 2. Because of longer wait time, we decided to walk across street for lunch. Return to Mountain View at 2pm. Our car was not touch/still in same parking spot (Strike 2). 3. Had a few words with employees about long wait time and asked what's the problem. An employee says "if you don't want to wait, I will pull car out of stall and you can go to Jiffy Lube and get refund from Groupon." Who treats customers like this, appalling. We waited this long, will continue to wait another hour since we already wasted 1 1/2 hours. We would have left/gone to different Auto Service if we didn't have long trip ahead of us. (Strike 3). Will never go back even if free, terrible customer experience. Employees act as if they are bored and miserable, probably why we felt very uncomfortable. Note: Not sure tire pressure check is included with tire rotation, if not, it should be. I check tire pressure after arriving home, each tire was 3 pounds low.

This shop has been so helpful every time I needed help! About 5 times in the last few years. They are quick with the tire delivery and mounting, all within 24 hrs I had new tires with the best price around, and I called around. Felicity was so helpful and sweet and gave me honest feedback about the tires I was ordering. She helped me from the call and order of my tires to checking me in and out. Joshua and Eddie were superb as well! Everyone ! The shop and office is always clean and cool with a funny movie on too;) Good energy. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Mountain View Tire!!
