Great experience! Purchased 4 tires online and had them delivered to shop. All the guys were super nice and very honest. I asked them to check a few things and they were very professional. I’ve been going to Mountain View for over 3 years now. The service that I receive from everyone at this particular store has been superb. I had to bring my car in as it had an oil leak and was making a funny noise. The gasket on my valve cover needed to be replaced as well as my S belt. The parts came in a little later than expected, but they still were able to get the repairs done by the end of the day so that I could have my car as I am a full-time caregiver. Jake is the manager and he always has gone over and above to make sure I’m taking care of. Juan is an excellent mechanic and never rushes as he cares about the job, he performs. He worked so hard on my car knowing that I needed it for the next day. My car has 260,000 miles on it and it runs like a brand new car. I highly recommend this business before you go anywhere else and the prices are very reasonable.

I had a completely flat tire when I got to the sports park to walk my dog that morning & had to call AAA. They discovered a screw in the tire & put on the donut spare. I had to leave later that morning for a Dr appt in San Diego, so needed this tire repaired before I left. My friend Isabel highly recommended I call Mountain View Tires b/c she had just had her tire repaired there the previous week & she was impressed on how nice they were. I called to see if they'd be able to take care of my tire right away & they could! The guy I spoke with on the phone & once I got there was so nice, polite and professional. My tire was patched in no time & I was on my way! Good, friendly, professional service, pleasant & clean waiting room with a TV, fair pricing. . . I'm a fan! I'd highly recommend Mountain View Tire & Auto Service.

The wait for an oil change with an appointment was 2 hours. The wait time and cost of it was not worth it. The employees were okay no issues but there are better options in the local area, this was my first time coming here.
