Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

Be warned, the 3 year tire warranty is only 1 year. The remaining 2 years are just a “discount” My family has been coming here for years and loved the service until recently. When I call and ask a question in given one answer, when I go in for my appointment I get a completely different response. The customer service is not what it used to be and I’m very disappointed. Don’t come here expecting honest work and quotes, instead sales men trying to upsell more.

Great experience with Shannen who explained everything that needed to be done on my car. Very reasonably priced. I didn’t feel like “I will get screwed” because I’m a woman walking into a machine shop. Highly recommended Mountain View Tires for all your car needs.

Ok I always see this place but I have never been got a Groupon and was like ok price is good so I went and they got me in quick and Shannon was amazing explained thing so thoroughly and to where I could understand which sometimes can be hard to do! Hahah and Shannon was also so friendly helpful and very professional hands down this is the spot! Everyone was friendly and fast but really took the time and actually look at all the things they check off on the checklist! lol Thank you Shannon will see u soon and I recommend going here for a lot of stuff breaks oil call to see all they do because they are very good. That’s all I have got to get to work !

Called to make an appointment and could barely understand the woman. She sounded half asleep and mumbled everything. I dropped my car off at 1 pm and was told it would be ready by 2:45 pm. I had heard nothing from them and it was now 5:30 pm, so I called. They said “oh yeah yeah, we’re just finishing up.” I had asked them when I dropped my car off if they could install my new wiper blades and they said yes, but never did. They also didn’t rotate my tires, which was supposed to be complimentary. It took them twice as long to do half the work they agreed to. And I had pre-purchased a Groupon and still somehow owed $16 at the end. Just go to the drive thru valvoline across the street. It’s worth the extra $30. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you’ll be done in 15 minutes.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly. They are open on Saturdays & Sundays. They work on fleet vehicles. I've taken my work vehicle there 3 times and haven't had a problem. One time I was late to pick up my vehicle and they put the vehicle inside for me. They are very accommodating.
