Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

My car went in after a rock took out two of my tires on the road. We arrived at around 4pm on the Wednesday and even though both my tires were completely shot and rims on both wheels had bad damage to them, I picked up my car at 10am on Friday morning looking like new. The service was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I couldn't have asked for better. They kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you very much Sam, Dustin and Robert.

My experience was good. They were open earlier than I had expected and they greeted me informed me and did the service I expected. I felt confident in the way they handled my vehicle and in what they did and what they suggested might need to be done. It did not take long a couple of hours at most. And I was very satisfied with what was being done and felt confident driving my vehicle away from there. I will recommend friends and family co-workers etc. I had no problems there.

Not a great experience at this location. We arrived before opening to ensure that we were 1st in line. As we waited, they didn’t open at the posted time, opening late! They proceeded to help another person, even though we were there first, 1st come, 1st served, or not! The customer service was very underwhelming. We assumed that this tire install would be quick, not the case! When we inquired some hours later, they stated it would be ready by noon. As the time came and went, we never received a phone call. After several attempts to contact by phone, no one answered. We finally were able to pick up our vehicle around 6-7hrs later! Never a call letting us know that it was ready! Total waste of time. If your time is valuable to you and you think good customer service goes a long way……this is not the place for you! I can see why this location has a 3 star review. We won’t be back.

Nothing fancy, get in and get out atmosphere. Came in after working 12 hour night shift. Fell asleep waiting in the lobby. Had to work again that night needed the brake service. Generally treated more as an annoyance than a customer. Not expecting much but I felt I wasn’t welcomed there but they needed my money and I need the service so they took my money and said thanks. Felt more welcomed at Firestone and treated genuinely better as a person but they had no appointments fit my schedule that’s why I came here. Probably come here again if Firestone isn’t available. Overall work was done in 2 hours and 30 mins which isn’t bad and it was done properly. If I had the proper tools probably done the job myself, since my HOA doesn’t allow me to work on my car I have no choice.

The most unprofessional auto center I’ve been to in 20 years. They kept my car for two days, to ultimately state they do not have the tools to do the job. If I didn’t call to check the status, I would think they were doing the job. I believe the gentleman’s name is SAM…do not take your vehicle here.
