Needed a jump start on a cold day. Nice and friendly operator came and knew exactly what needed to start my hybrid. Later, same day needed a tow due to battery not holding charge. Another operator came (Nemo) he was also friendly and knowledgeable. Thankful for their assistance!

I don't know that I have ever had a better experience with a business than I have had with Mountain West Towing. This is a business that cares! Marjorie was incredibly helpful, courteous and responsive. Working with Mountain West Towing made a stressful situation (my college daughter was in a car accident) less stressful. For anyone who is in need of a tow, I can't recommend Mountain West enough!

This company is great. I have a mint condition 1986 Corvette I needed towed to my storage unit after an unexpected mechanical breakdown. It's difficult to trust anyone moving my beautiful classic. The driver took awesome care of my beauty and went above and beyond to make sure it was transported safely. Super grateful for the awesome service. The only company I will ever call when I need a tow. 5+ stars in my book.

I use mountain west through AAA a to come get my pick up. It took them longer to get there than they said . My battery was dead, so it didn't start. My truck had a snowplow blade on the front of it at the time. AAA said it was okay , but they said that they weren't to tow it with that with the blade on the front, so he left. He didn't care.I guess they got plenty of work. I'll never use them again.I'll go to some company that can do it all.

My car had a dead battery when I flew into Bozeman in late June. I was stressed because I had a three hour drive ahead of me to get to a family wedding. Mountain West arrived quickly via AAA. Bob, the Mountain West driver, was incredibly nice and professional. He diagnosed the battery and checked for other possible issues. He installed a new battery quickly and also checked the tires. I've never had an auto experience as impressive and just plain nice as this one. Huge kudos to Bob! He is the BEST.
