if i were able to add ZERO STARS i would. I brought my newly purchased BMW to replacement in rear driver window, & the guy literally tore my door apart. could not put my window/door together at all! even tried to ask me to assist him with the work. he completely dismantled the metal trim of my window and tells me “that’s how it came” when i show pictures of my car just that morning with the broken window the trim is completely intact. he then discards all insulation in my doors and told me “its garbage” when it clearly came from the inside of my door. i let the manager know and then he ghosts me after 2 weeks after saying “the part is coming” my child lock on the door he worked on now keeps activating without even being touched. i was unable to close my door for 3 days due to having to take it to BMW to be fixed. i would avoid this place at all costs. the price looks nice until you’re paying $800+ just to be able to open and close your door properly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Got my brand new car tinted here. The experience was both easy and to my expectations. Daniel did an excellent job. Both prompt and quality service. Would highly recommend him.

So far I've had 2 vehicles tinted at their San Jose/Montague facility. Both jobs were excellent from start to finish. Dealt with Ryan, who discussed with me all options. We compared levels of tinting as well as ceramic versus non-ceramic. I'm totally satisfied with both jobs.

Ryan and Xiang were awesome they took care of my car and offered me a gatorade while i watch them do the tint. Ryan was very welcoming and likes to chat so he was okay with me talking to him while he was doing the tint on my car. amazing customer service would recommend family and friends

Mickey mouse business. I had a 12 pm appt. Manager called at 11 am to confirm the appt. I said yes I'll be there at 12. I get there at 12 pm and no one is there. I called the manager at 12:10 pm and said I am here, and he said oh, I sent the guy to run an errand and he will be back in 20 mins. I left 20 mins later when no one arrived. I got a call at 12:45 from Mr Tint and the guy asked where I was, I said, finding another company to do my window tinting.
