*update, the Mr tire team was able to take care of the situation. Thank you for the response! I will still be a repeat customer. We had an appointment on 1/31 to have our left rear tire looked at. We were told there was two nails in the tire and it had to be replaced as it could not be patched. After the tire was replaced we left and we noticed that the tire was losing error on the back left side still. We took the car back immediately, where the shop quickly looked at the tires and said “ Yes, those are new tires”. We asked them to fill The left rear tire up again and our sensor on our vehicle said that the left rear tire was still only holding pressure at 28 psi. When asked about this, the gentleman at the shop told us “our gauges must be off by 4 pounds“. We took the car home and the next day we found that the tire pressure was down to 24 psi. We returned Saturday the 1st to inquire about why the tire was still losing pressure. there was no availability so we made an appointment for 2/2 During this appointment the mechanic checked the DOT numbers on the tires and informed us that the right rear tire was replaced and not the left rear tire. At this point he informed us that he could indeed patch the bad tire. I asked if I could speak to the manager to make this right, but the mechanic said that the manager was not there, and he was they were not allowed to call him on Sundays. I called this morning on 2/3 and was told by the shop manager that he would have to check with his supervisor to see what he could do for us. I am still waiting for a return phone call over 2 hours later. I am hoping that they can make this right for me. I was a repeat customer, but now I feel more than very dissatisfied .

The service writer was very nice and polite. They got me right in and fixed my flat even though they were shorthanded and only had one technician the technician however put 40 pounds of air in my tire that only required 32 He did not replace my valve stem cap, and installed a lug nut that did not match my vehicle. Which I did not find until the next day when I went to correct the air pressure

The mechanics here are highly trustworthy. I can't say enough about the quality of customer service Robert has shown. Matched with a knowledgeable mechanic like Matt is priceless. They show you the issues if you have any. The best thing is they don't try and push you on buying things you can't afford. Instead, they give you an option to fix it there or come back some other time. The not pushing for the extra sale is what told me, okay, these guys you can trust. I have finally found my mechanic and people I trust. If Robert and go I follow them.

Robert and Steven, these guys along with the mechanic that MET ME AT THE DOOR today deserve a lot of business. I am from out of town, was driving back and forth to Riverside with a new baby in the NICU, and discovered a nail in my tire. I pulled into 2 neighboring tire shops that tried to find reasons not to help me, meanwhile these gentlemen rushed me in, found an additional nail that I wasn’t aware of, fixed my blinker and sent me on my way at a price so low I couldn’t even believe it. But it wasn’t about price at all, it was about service and customer satisfaction, gave me a quote on new tires (which I will be returning for) and altogether took pride in their jobs. This is what everyone should experience when being in a bind. Thank God for this shop today. A million stars!

After purchasing my tires, I had no issues. The problem that I am extremely frustrated about is after realizing I got a inferior product, it was very complicated to get Mr. Tire to remedy the situation. Over a year ago, I got brand new tires and now they already need to be replaced. These tires was rated for 40,000 miles, I know for a fact that I did not put on that many miles in a year. The only response I got was the problem may be due to misalignment. I know there are many factors, but I had two other sets before the tires got from Mr. Tire and had no issues. What I saw was the wear and tear were way too fast. I rotated my tires twice and they still did not last as long as they should have. I paid premium and did not receive a premium product. I contacted corporate and they said they will not cover my tires. Even the store manager Robert McCormack said that the tires should not have worn that fast. I was offered a certificate for my inconvenience which I declined. I am not satisfied with the product and the service provided after the purchase. It took me over half an hour to get a hold of customer service. The clerk at the store pulled my information and said there was nothing he could do. They did not even look at my tires, saying that it could be due to the vehicle. I will now have to replace my tires again in just over a year. After this experience, I will no longer be a customer.
