I will never let my family or myself deal with anyone except Bill and who he suggests! I followed him to this location from years of going to him elsewhere. Had my car worked on where he use to be located around the corner due to emergency situation. After getting my car back it sounded horrible! Took it back and they told me they would have to tear my suspension apart. I called Bill and drove home with ease because they missed a bolt! Bill is honest and caring and truly one of the most genuinely good men (and mechanic) left! Hard to trust people so I am 100% grateful I was safe going home to my family thanks to Bill!

What a dumpster fire of a business model. I call their number to set an appt and receive a text message confirmation. I drive clear across town and find out they won't honor the appt scheduled because they don't do alignments after 5. When I tried explaining how I set the appt I was told the call center doesn't know that and I should somehow magically know to press #2 regarding an existing appt, even though I didn't have one. I scheduled exactly how your call-in system advised - then I get talked down to like this was somehow my fault. After explaining I drove from clear across town and wasted my time and gas based on how Mr. Tire chooses to set up appts (likely saving a few bucks, but not my concern if you wish to outsource overseas) they wouldn't do anything for me. Very frustrating experience and felt completely jerked around for no reason.

I cannot say enough about how great these people are! The problem solving automotive knowledge of Colt and Billy are unparalleled. They figure out the problem, when no one else can. I had recently paid $712 at a certain other auto place for a sway bar and tie rod replacement, only to get in the car with every single error going off in the vehicle. . . I was told they would work themselves out but after 3 days of torture, and trying to get it fixed multiple places, I came to colts and Billy there at Mr tire. PROBLEM SOLVED!

I was in a panic when the low oil pressure alert repeatedly came on in my truck late on a recent Saturday afternoon. I pulled into Mr. Tire in Reynoldsburg at 5:50, 10 minutes before closing time. Bill and Reggie were very gracious to squeeze me for what I thought might be an oil change to solve my problem. Upon looking at the vehicle, Bill told me and showed me that the oil level and quality was fine in the truck. An oil change was not needed. He took the truck off the rack and hooked up his diagnostic meter to it to try to find out what might my problem. He told me that nothing was registering to explain my pressure problem (in driving it since then, the indicator has not come back on). Bill refused payment as they offer free estimates and diagnostics. By this point, it is 6:30, well after closing time. Reggie stayed and helped the entire time as well. They both went above and beyond, staying late and not taking advantage of me by performing a service that was not needed and then tried to diagnose the cause of the problem. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, integrity, and kindness that was demonstrated by both Bill and Reggie. I won't hesitate at all in the future to go to this Mr. Tire for my auto service needs!

After calling multiple tire places and dealerships in the city for a specific tire to no avail; I reached this location. Billy answered and was so friendly and calm. He looked up what I needed but didn't have it. However, he took customer service up a notch and asked me if I could hold while he called one of his other locations who was showing the tire I needed in STOCK. He placed me on a brief hold, even coming back to the phone to let me know he was on hold with the location and he wanted to make sure they had what I was looking for in hand before having me drive there. After a brief hold he came back and they had it, only 1 left. He told them I was on my way and I was able to find a discontinued tire for my vehicle. I was so grateful because other tire places I called weren't as friendly nor as helpful. Thank you so much! You are appreciated.
