Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Great place, they took care of me right away. They even brought my mother‘s car back the next day to her home. They even brought me back to the house as well. The only minor issue is, they didn’t recalibrate the tire sensor, not a big deal such great service I would highly recommend Very nice people.

This rating is not a reflection of the work performed, but rather the high price charged. I recently had an oil change, and was charged the highest price I have ever paid, which seems well beyond the realm of reasonable. It included a new charge for "top off fluids" that I never had before, and question if even any fluids were topped off. The only one that could have needed it would be the washer fluid, and that remained less than full. I trusted manager Nick to treat me fairly with with work and pricing. But now he is not there, as it seems the store's philosophy has become to just charge as much as possible. I guess a 10+ year customer with multiple vehicles doesn't matter any more. Time to find other alternatives. Truly disappointed, as I always appreciated the tech's work.

By far one of the best experiences/interactions I’ve had getting my car serviced. Their employees are so respectful, personable and kind (I cannot say enough great things about the entire staff). They were happy to answer my questions with honesty and integrity. Service was efficient and quick!! I’d give more stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for all your car needs at the chesterland location!

Overall my experience with Mr. Tire has been good over past 12 years, but my impression was elevated when I visited the new manager Nick, and his team at Mr.Tire in Chesterland, Ohio Store #1171, they provided me with exceptional customer service, quality installation of new tires and rotor work. They really set the bar as to what good service and good quality customer care should be. I highly recommend a visit if you want to experience good customer service, quality work, and honesty during your next car service needs. (P.S. If my tone seems passionate, it's because I'm very passionate about customer service, and found it difficult to locate;So when I found it at this Mr. Tire in Chesterland, I wanted to share)

I got new tires and an alignment. They were super friendly and helpful. I originally gave them the wrong size tires and they were very understanding about it and found the right ones and made sure they were quality ones. And they were the best price around! I would go there again!
