Stopped to get prices on tires. The guy acted like he didn't want to work that hard... He asked if I had the size... I said no, he replied that's gonna be pretty difficult if you don't know the size. I said I have the vehicle info, can you look it up? "Well, there are so many trims and different options" (slightly argumentative) Then, what do you know, he actually found the size! It wasn't that hard! His attitude improved a bit after he realized it wasn't so difficult. The price for 2 tires was about what I paid for 4 tires on the same vehicle last time. So... not ever going there again to beg someone to sell me tires.

It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When the tech was finally done he parked my car and when I went to get in his sweat was all over my leather seats. The oil light was still on had to get the manager to reset it. Also the mileage on my receipt was wrong had to go back in to have it fixed. I will never have them work on my car again.

I forget his name, but the manager of the place was super insightful and practical when addressing my issues. I needed a flex pipe welded on for my car and an oil change and he repaired/changed it in a timely manner and was very informative through the whole process. My fiancé recommended I go here for my car repair because he also said good things about the manager and the pricing. We definitely appreciate him and the team!

Use to be the best in town. Has been going down hill since Gary left. Make an appointment and it's not in their system and they don't have what you needed. Also just got new tires at another shop and my lug nuts were cross threaded from my previous trip to Mr. Tire. So more $$$

Service was wonderful, I’ve never had an issue here, and if there is a problem with something, the team does their best to find a solution. Blew out two tires and the call service overbooked them. I brought my vehicular in and they still managed to get my vehicle serviced. Thank you guys!!
