Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Being from Massachusetts had to get an oil change when I got into Maggie Valley North Carolina went to the first place and I ran over a piece of metal tube. They couldn’t do an oil change so now I had to find a tire place found Mr. tire online went there they opened up at 9 AM on a Sunday morning. I got there at 8:45. Crystal showed up very helpful. Took care of it within an hour. I was back on the road with no problems definitely You need tires or service stopped there.

I have tried 3 times in the past month to have brakes installed on my truck. First appointment, I waited 45 minutes before I was told that the only rack that could hold my truck (Ram 1500) had a van on it that would be there for several days. Second appointment, I arrived and was told the brake tech called out that day. They only have 1 guy that knows how to do brakes? Third appointment, today, I arrived and was told I was not on the schedule for today or any day for that matter. I'm done. Haven't been there for years. Was willing to give them my business. Brakes aren't cheap. Today there were only 2 other cars there. Didn't even make an attempt to reschedule or fit me in. Sorry, you need to do better.

It was a horrible experience to this establishment They are liar and very nasty people .our appointment was 4:30pm to install two tires and guess what we waited for 3 hours we did not complain anyway but we felt so bad that the customer who arrived one hour late behind us having 4 tires installed was served ahead of us. We went home with a heavy heart , then we check our tires and found out that the inner side was installed outside part so we went back and only to be told by manager Kathy to go back the next day at 11am . The next day we came back only to be told that there was nothing wrong even if they saw that the markings which are visible can be seen and then that big guy mechanic said that we need to pay again if we want it corrected so this flare us up on how we waited for so many hours the night before They don't accept reasons and have no empathy.. they are all money money money people Very rude and don't want to listen .WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE

We were visiting out of state and got a flat tire on a Sunday. Mr. Tire was the only tire shop in the area who was open and available on a Sunday. The staff who helped us that day (especially Kathy at the front desk) were so nice and quick to help us. They should get a raise. We are so grateful for them and their help. Thank you!

Best customer service and highest quality maintenance in Waynesville. They care about their customers and give honest recommendations on services needed. They'll let you know if a service should be deferred to a later date rather than taking your money for unnecessary work. Honest, trustworthy, and caring; Mr. Tire treats everyone like family. I only wish I could give them more stars, five is not enough. Best shop in Waynesville!
