Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Had a great experience here! I came in with a flat tire, and even though they were fully booked for the day, they still took my tire for assessment. First thing the next morning, they called me with their findings and got the replacement done quickly and professionally for a fair price. The whole process was smooth, and their customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by to see if they would check the air in my tires as I had a low tire light on. The guy at the desk totally ignored me for a few minutes then asked how he could help me. His response was “ I charge $10 for that, would you like to leave your keys and come back later?” I asked you can’t check them now and he said there was 1 1/2 hour wait. There was only one car in the garage area. Left there went to the one on Tunnel Road and they were really nice. Checked the air in my tires and sent me on my way!

The team at Mr Tire was so nice and helpful when my mom had a flat tire. My poor mom and elderly grandmother would have been stuck without their help. They even stayed open later just to make sure they fixed her tire and got her back on the road safely. Amazing service!

Made an appointment online. Showed up 30 minutes early. Had confirmation on my phone of the appointment. When I let them know I had an appointment they said it wasn't at that location. Called other location and they said they had no appointment for me either. Called number on the confirmation text of appointment and the phone rang right there at the location I was at. When this showed I obviously had the right location. The rep was like oh well we can't help you. I went to show him the confirmation of the appointment, he said I don't need to see that, it doesn't do anything for me. He said there online appointments don't always come through. I said so you can't help me and he said no and turned around. I asked for a corporate number and left. I Understand there are glitches, but if they know of the issue he should of at the least apologized and said, let me see when I can fit you in, even if it was on another day. Extremely rude the way they acted, and absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Ended up going to Walker Tire and got great service. Go to Walker Tire and avoid this horrible place!

Very terrible experience at Mr. Tire auto service centers. I travel to two different different locations and neither could do An alignment on my car, I sat and waited for multiple hours just to be handed back my keys with no results. I am very displeased with their service and would not recommend it
