Had an issue with my mom's car battery and needed to get it replaced right away. We spoke to Juan over the phone and he was very kind and understanding. Told us to come in first thing in the morning. Came in at 9 am and he was able to accommodate us and get us out the door in an hour. If you are looking for a personable mechanic to help you get you back on the road with great service I highly recommend this place! They provide services repairs and maintenance.

So I went there for 2 things…fix my A/C and fix my rear window it didn’t go up and down. Neither got fixed by them. Well they said my blower motor was not working even though it worked before, and they replaced it. When I got it back and paid I went out and it did the exact thing it did before (blew air but didn’t get cold) after I told them they serviced it with Freon and then charged me again for the freon??? After the job was already supposed to be done and they charged me… what? I didn’t contest to it and it worked for a while but now when I try to use the A/C it doesn’t blow out of the top vents and it barely gets cold… The technician also broke my rear window switch after trying to bend one of the prongs back which was apparently bent….they don’t make that switch any more and he couldn’t find it which did no help to the issue. Well I did some troubleshooting and the seals were deteriorated so it was hard for the window to go up and down making the switch work too hard, overheating and blowing the fuse. I ended up getting new seals and rewiring to an aftermarket switch, which is probably what this shop should have done to fix the issue. So don’t give them your service if you actually want something to get done because I had two problems and both of them did not get fixed, the ac temporarily but nope it doesn’t work now. Just lousy work. 2 stars because the guy gave me a ride back.

The staple of what customer service should be. Went to a different shop and was very disappointed. They said I was looking at a 2k bill. Took it to Mike at MSJ and he showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for a fraction of what the other guy was charging. My truck has been going strong ever since.
