Today I came to get a used tire and I took the tire off and brought it in… I have a 2023 Ford … nothing wrong with it I’ve only had it a short time…. they gave me a good price on a used tire … however when I went home and was about to put the tire on I noticed a gash in my rim !!! I came back and told the guy about it and he said that their machine is incapable of doing that 🤦🏻‍♂️ I told him take a look at all the rims there’s no curb rash or any dings what so ever And the only gash is on the rim just serviced … never coming here again ….

This guy is trash. I took my truck to get wheel bearing hub replaced it took him two days because he forgot to abs sensor so he needed to take off the part and press it back on. Made me loose two days of work.

Friendly quick service. Reasonable rates and I noticed the man that helped me was using hand sanitizer often and he had a mask on. In fact he was outside when i pulled up and he had his mask on at that time too! I'm very happy with my experience at Murillo's Automotive!
