Disappointed is NOT even close to how I feel. Shop was recommended to me by a neighbor. Took my car to have a/c repaired on 07/09/2024 I spent almost 3200 dollars. I left the shop the same day A/c went out again. Took it back he kept it for a week. picked it up the same thing happened. I have taken this car to the shop 4 times and the issue has yet to be fixed. The owner refuses to give me a refund his suggestion is to bring it back. I have brought my car 5 times in total, and it has a check engine light on NOW because of him. I have been fair letting him play with my car after the second time I should of been DONE. Please do not waste your time or money I have to go to court for damages that he has done to my car and the a/c charges that he DID not and OBVIOUISLY cannot fix. I have caught this shop owner in so many lies it ridiculous.

If I could rate 0 stars I would!! Please do not go here ! I came here in March because my transmission went out and my extended warranty paid for him to fix my car 10,000 to be exact I'm pretty sure he lied and used an old trans to get extra $$ , he was supposed to be fixing my transmission and once I got my car back after i went through renting cars for 3 weeks ,right before he closed not even 1 day later my car was shaking terribly everytime I drove or turned the corner I immediately called and took it back to him the next morning and he test drove it as if he didnt know he broke my car But he drove it back to his shop after he supposedly was getting the trans reprogrammed for 2 days So how didn't he feel the car shaking? after he test drove for 5 seconds hetold me it's the motor mounts! And that it's broke. Which he did trying to put in the transmission Mind you my car never had this problem at all!! Soon as my trans went out I had it towed to him the same day! And he tried to say my car been like that how did he know exactly what the issue was ?? And tried to tell me I can't prove him and his workers did it and kept telling me to bring it back and the warranty will pay again to fix it ... stay far away from hugo!! He's a huge liar and now my car has all types of things wrong with it! And he wants to keep getting the warranty to pay for everything he broke and didn't compensate me or anything he just told ne I can't proove it .. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I took my car to Hugo, The Turbo blade had broke, He quoted me $7000, ok 4 months later, Turbo fixed, drove home no power, Took back the next day, he called to tell me something else was wrong, Told me dont worry I'm gonna fix it, Wen I went to pick up the car, Hugo said it's OK, no problem You don't owe me anything for this, you have a warranty, dont worry, I drove home and noticed glass throughout my car, Called Hugo, he said yes someone broke into your car while it was here, he replaced the window, Never told me about this, now 4 months later my car overheated due to old hoses n thermostat not getting replaced, come to find out, wen he replaced my Turbo he never replaced any hoses or a new thermostat, he wont honor my warranty now becuz his book keeper is mad for him telling me it's OK, now I can't get my car fixed under the he told me I have warranty. My car was half fixed, it was broken into, nd now he wont honor the warranty.

If you care for your vehicle do not take your car here. Went for an oil change, now something is wrong with my transmission. I searched CA Secretary of State. Can not locate this shop by name or D.B.A. I'm going to do further investigation through the County of Los Angeles and look through insurance companies. I have a very good private investigator.

The scammed my niece’s insurance company. Charger $10k for transmission and broke other parts of the car and said “you didn’t see me do it”. Now she has to pay for the other damage they caused.
