recently about 3 weeks ago I had an accident in which I was not at fault and I did not know the process of moving my car so the police called this towing company, to pick up my car and they went to a place, where days later exactly 3 days later, I called and they told me that they would charge me $385 so I accepted and went to pick up my car that day my tow truck had a problem and I could not go that day but the next day i went and the person who attended me (apparently the owner) received me in a very unpleasant way. received me in a nasty way and gave me a terrible attention and even aggressive when I asked him what he was charging me since he increased from $385 to $465 I was in my right to know for what reason, I had the right to know why, so this person continued to raise his voice in a violent manner and then ended up charging me $590 only because of his anger so I proceeded to call the police. Beside that they lost my car keys so I do not recommend this place, very bad attention, violent and aggressive people and they steal your money.

On Thursday (12/26/2024) my car was hit by another car. Police issued a citation to other driver, and give me the NAR Towing business card to me, told me to call them to retrieve my personal items. When I called them next day, they told me that I have to let insurance to call them first before I can get my personal items from my car, even I have filed the claim and it's being processed, cannot get real person answer the call. But after I explained all those, the NAR Towing guy just reply "I don't care, you have to let insurance contact us...", and very rudely hang up.

Bob is quite literally the best ever! He literally knows everything and saved me thousands of dollars! Words can’t explain how grateful I am for Bob. Yes, they’re a tow company, but Bob is so knowledgeable and saved me big time. Bob should get a major raise!

I called tonight to get my daughter's car towed after she had waited for three hours for another towing service to arrive. The gentleman I spoke with started right out to help her. A few minutes later, the first tow truck arrived so I called back to cancel. N.A.R. said he was 2 minutes away. I wish we had called them first. I appreciate their prompt response to help my daughter.

These guys were great got me off the side of the road in less than 15 minutes after another company told me a half hour and didn’t show after nearly two hours! Thanks for the awesome service a 5 Star review well earned!
