N&A Service Center

I recently took my car to N&A, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The mechanic, Harout, took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. They offered a transparent estimate and were upfront about costs, with no hidden fees. The work was completed on time, and my car runs like new again. It’s rare to find a shop that is as trustworthy and efficient as N&A. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance. Absolutely 5-star service! I came in for a simple oil change, but the mechanic, Harut, went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting everything on my car to ensure it was completely safe. It was clear from the start that he knew exactly what he was doing—his confidence and expertise showed in how quickly and efficiently he worked, while still paying close attention to every detail. He even took the time to explain what he was checking and why, which gave me so much peace of mind. I brought my car to N and a Service center and met a gentlemen named Harout who I believe is the head mechanic, he took a look at my oil leak with my car and showed me where it was coming from and all the crusty oil around the engine. I then talked to Levon who quoted me for everything at a great price. $40 for a the gasket and $300 for the labor. I took it to, two other places. One wanted $390, and the other was $450. I chose N and A and I don’t regret it because not only are the prices better but they have quality work and great turnaround time. Will for sure be coming back!

I'm not usually one to write reviews but man, if you need anything done to your car, this is the place to take it. It was reasonably priced, they didn't try to upsell you on shit, they were personable, and they were hella quick. I took in my car to get my mirror fixed and it literally took them 2 minutes. I've taken it to another shop before for the exact same thing and it took 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Lucky to find a mechanic i can trust! Harut always gives me honest diagnostic checks and is upfront about what work i need done now, and what work i can do later-- and he even says how much later. Always on time and they do good reliable work, ive never taken the car back after getting something replaced or repaired here. Easy and friendly customer service inside the office with Levon. Great mechanic, hit them up for sure when youre in sun valley!!
