I have legally installed tints on my vehicle, and yesterday, I visited this shop for a vehicle inspection. Upon arrival, I met the person in charge, who happened to be a Guyanese gentleman and introduced himself as the manager. He informed me that I needed to pay almost $200 for a vehicle inspection, which came as a shock to me. I had documents stating that my tints are legal, that I am exempt. When I asked him why I had to pay such an amount, he told me that it was required for vehicles with tints. This didn't make sense to me, as I had always followed the law and regulations regarding the use of tints. The manager then went ahead to inform me that he would not do business with me because of my legal tints. This left me feeling very frustrated and skeptical about the shop's practices. I felt that something was not right, and I wouldn't want others to go through the same experience. Therefore, I advise anyone planning to visit this shop to be cautious.

The level of poor customer service I received at this location was unfathomable. I was charged twice for the same service and they refused to give me a refund. Their overall approach to me was aggressive and expressed no remorse to me as a young lady. I will never be returning to this place and I hope you save yourself the trouble and take what I write with heed.

Very professional, understanding & cooperative. They listened to what I had to say & just resolved that issue without trying to get me to fix additional issues that does not related to it. Other mechanic shops always add stuff on & over charge you. They are Not Expensive & worth every penny. Thank you 😀😀
