Every time I try and patronize this particular store the professionalism I’m know in so many areas of getting the support I’ve always come to know NAPA engineering for parts in every area of my professional life from single pole switches for my high ranger vehicle to k valves for scuba tanks to ordering rigid 2” pipe while on deployment with FEMA my data base has a client base of 13.7 k and growing. My complaint in regards to this stor on La Cienega has racial bias issues I use this store because of it close ness but 12/22/2024 I had enough of not getting what I need and keeping My constraints moving on my financial receivables like NAPA I’m sick of being oppressed when I’m looking for help at this particular store in my community Here’s the most recent: I asked for drive shaft hearing , using the computer he comes out with a center bearing I reiterate in my vehicle I have 4 bearing I needed a bearing that connects the rear drive shaft to the rear end and again im left with out what I came for and I stood in total humiliation not one out of five I count seam to not know what I was asking for, I’ve got to go to your lawn dale store or leave out my area if I don’t want a disgusting exsperiance white patronising NAPA..those four men should not be left alone in that location the professionalism I come to relie on is all but diminished in this La Cienega store.

Great place to get auto parts last of there kind old school very knowledgeable with name brands at a competitive price and always get the correct part the first time keep up the great job guys and I’m always recommend this place to my friends and family members 👍👍👍

I called this store and they said that they gave the battery i need, however upon arrival the price 120$ more expensive than what was said on the phone. Turns out it's not an official napa store
