I called in to check on a battery replacement and Ethan was so helpful. Napa saved me at least $60-70 on cost versus the other big auto part stores in town that I usually go to. I will only be dealing with Napa from now on! Excellent customer service and excellent prices!

Napa is known for its great service. NOT THIS LOCATION! I recognize the workers from O'Reilly's and they are lazy and quick to recommend other stores even before looking at the part to see what they have in stock. Poor customer service!

I won’t be returning to the store on Blackstone between Gettysburg & Ashlan again. I have never in my years been treated so badly by the manager there. When I tried to ask about my 7 yr battery warranty, I was told it was 3yrs, when the manager at the time of sale had written on the receipt 7yrs warranty. He said ‘times change’. If he would have prorated the battery, I would have bought a top of the line AGM battery. When I showed the receipt he said ‘you could have written that‘ and called for backup to escort me out the store. DO NOT shop there. Other Napa locations (such as W. Shaw Ave) are fine. That Blackstone location, in my experience, will treat customers like a thug would. I seriously am considering never shopping at NAPA again. Your milage may vary. I can only hope they send the Manager & his staff on customer service retraining. The particular location does not want your business, they act as if the customer is wrong, brainless and a nuisance to them.

Always a helpful staff. Never a long line or a long wait to be helped. Great quality inventory and if they don't have it they can order it from another store or have it shipped pretty fast. Store is always nice and clean.
