Ran in ... After 1 of my windshield wipers busted off out of the Blue... went in an seen the 1st register an a guy was sitting there doing something on his monitor... so I assumed that he was helping someone I stood until he was done doing what ever he was doing... An instead of letting me know that there was another register behind some shelving but what I couldn't really believe is the person behind that Reggie didn't let me know that he was free to help me.... once he did wake. Up from his morning nap since it was about 8:30 in the morning.... He asked,a couple of questions an helped me,get what I needed... Just couldn't believe that it Cost $28 Bucks!! Crazy!! Just one!!! This economy is unbelievable!!!

1 star service Bad experience I bought a new battery which costs 300 dollars after which the worker told me bring the old one and you will get some money back after some time I brought it and they said that they didn't have me in the system that I bought. I left them the old battery and did not take any money back it's not about money, but I'm not a hypocrite like a customer, I've been cheated and I'm a constant customer. but I won't be anymore

Worst place they had me on hold for at least 10mins and I cant think of what they do for their customers. If I own a shop and they treat me like this I feel bad for anyone who ordered. I spoke to the owner and he’s very rude he should not be the owner or manger he’s very unprofessional. Hopefully they reach out to me.

Great service. Bobby who I believe was the store manager, helped me with price matching a better battery, when the one I reserved online was out of stock. He then gave me my rewards discount, deducted the core fee, and lent me the tools to change the battery in the parking lot. Great experience overall - highly recommend.

Staff was super kind and understanding of my need for a quick transaction due to me being double parked outside. Donald was friendly, got me just what I needed in a swift fashion, and even carried it to the car for me (it was heavy)! Will definitely stop here again.
