On a Very cold day, just before closing time, my battery died when I ran into town. I called NAPA, and the owner came out to jump-start my truck, so I could come get a new one. 5 stars

Friendly and very helpful!! Was camping, and lost my water pump. They squeezed me in to replace it the same day, otherwise I was stuck….THANKS AGAIN 👍

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED, that I wasn’t warned of the possibility, that the wheels on my Ford Truck may chip or peel, when having new tires put on. What a shock to see, on all 4 wheels😩
