Go somewhere else if your really brown like the crayon?! This store is racist and are liars. I talked with Roman, and he assured me the part I ordered would be there for me this evening. My husband went to pick up the part and they supposedly sold it. Outer tie rods? People must be really in need of them. Next time this store sais they will hold an item for you? Rest assure they won't. I'll take my business to the other Napa in Hesperia.

Excellent service today. Helped test me, got me my battery, and had me on the road in no time. I asked about buying an alternator and the gentleman behind the counter asked if he could test it out first. Very informative and helpful
