I walked into Napa today not knowing what to expect. As i walked in the person who was visibly facing the door did not greet me nor say a hello or anything. He only stared at me as i approached the counter. As i approached this nice gentlemen named Pedro ended up helping me and his customer service made up for the lack there of his counterparts. If you’re going in store. Just ask for Pedro his customer service is great and he really does go above and beyond for you as a customer.

Rude and unhelpful. I called looking for a fuel filler hose. They didn't have it, so I asked if they had a generic hose that I could make work. I was told "no, it's a molded hose". Did some research on my own, and confirmed that any filler hose of the same size would suit my needs. I also found that they had that hose in stock. So, I went today to pick it up. The guy at the counter rang it up and it seemed to be significantly more expensive than what I had seen online. He said it was $34/ft, and the hose is 3 ft. A bit surprised, and unsure of whether I misread the price online - I left without purchasing the hose. I got home and checked again - the price online is for the 3' section of hose - not per foot, so he was trying to charge me triple. Generally, I had expected more knowledge and useful advice from folks at Napa than some of the other chains. This turned into a waste of time, and unfortunately is yet another example of why I order more and more parts online. Follow-up: I called the 800 number as requested and explained what transpired. The person I spoke with could not confirm what the price actually is (if it's for the item or per foot) and told me they would look into it and call back. That was 7 hours ago, and I haven't received a call back.

Worst experience ever and will never go back and will tell friends about it. Since when you need to know a part number and the fat man behind counter cannot look up part numbers in the computer? Talk about attitude! Stamford is only so big and people will know about the service you give to ex customers. Go to AutoZone or Advanced Auto. People there work for their paychecks. If you don’t want to work go retire

Absolutely disgusted with my experience yesterday & today. I bought a product from PHIL yesterday and returned it today as soon as I found out it was the wrong product. He had a terrible attitude and SLAMMED the product on the counter after he found out that I DID NOT use it. Not only did he speak to me disrespectfully but his body language was awful. Shame on him and shame on their customer service. Will NEVER be going back to this place ever again.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. There’s good camaraderie. Prices are fair and you can pretty much always find what you need. If not, for the most part, they’ll order it for you and have it in quick. These are car people. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t ask for more.
