I appreciated the space on the lot for us travellers. I just thought it was a bit strange that as I walked in, all the waitresses passed by me while waiting to be seated and said nothing. So I had to grab their attention to be serviced. When I asked the waitress to hold a table while I went to my car to get a computer, when I returned she gave my table to someone else. Not very happy about it. The place itself has a good atmosphere

Are you go inside and waiting in line because I bought a part at another Napa? can’t return my part even though I have a receipt because they’re individually owned this is why I don’t shop at Napa they just keep giving me reasons on why not to come back don’t waste your time look for your part online or go to O’Reillys or AutoZone. Just make sure that you get the right parts. There are a lot cheaper and more durable. You only get certain things at Napa you can’t get the other auto parts store, but just the rudeness of this store and Barstow was just ridiculous. The guy didn’t even want to help me just shoot me out the door like I was some peasant sad

Small store. Decent prices. Ok service. They would not let my disabled husband use the restroom. He was shot over 7 times by criminals and is a veteran and I understand it's not a public restroom but sometimes people make an exception but not here.
