NAPA Complete Car Care Center - Orchard Lake Automotive

Discovered this gem when we got a coupon from discount tire. Had been taking my Mercedes to the dealer because I could schedule a service appointment. Sadly, even with scheduling, Mercedes continued to hold my car for several days because they were overbooked or "couldn't get to it". This location doesn't take appointments but if you call, they will give you an honest idea of how long it will take, and if they find something other than what you requested, will always call first before performing service. I trust this place to do good work at a reasonable price and will continue to bring my car here. They don't oversell you, know what they are talking about, and do high-quality work.

Lack of communication and customer service. They seem to be qualified mechanics and did an oil change for us but don’t expect any explanations or customer service. First off it’s not walk in. They ask you to request an appointment that has to be at least 24 ahead. They send you an email saying they got your request but no email saying it was confirmed. Also, the pricing was misleading. We were going there because of a coupon for 39.99. We were presented with a bill for 59.99. We showed the coupon and our bill was adjusted to 54.99. The guy behind the counter looked irritated at the whole process. This can be done better

These guys were vey fast and efficient. They made me feel very comfortable about repair shops being a woman, Usually repair shops take advantage of women. I will forever bring my cars to this shop. I dropped my car off before work to have my rear brakes done and an oil change. Within an hour they were done and everything was done right.

Didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. They even pointed out that some of the work I requested was unnecessary and saved me a bit of time/money. I don’t know how the price compares with other businesses, but my personal experience for some suspension repair on my mini cooper was not outrageously expensive, only a bit higher than I would have guessed.

Fast, thorough and honest. I asked about getting my tires rotated and after checking, they said your don’t need to do that. Very happy with all of the work they did.
