Over the summer I got in over my head when I purchased a bike rack for my suv. My husband and I have been coming here for years so we knew we were in good hands. I called and talked to Dave and he explained that I’d need a hitch installed (again lack of knowledge) I was a week out from my but Naperville Automotive made it happen. They made sure I had a quality hitch suited for Mazda within the week and was able to not only install the hitch, but Billy also helped with putting the bike rack on. I really couldn’t have done this on my own and I knew it was a huge ask as I was leaving in a few days. I am so grateful for their help and expertise not only in this situation, but for all our car needs. Thank you Naperville Automotive Solutions!

A while ago I called to set up an appointment for what I thought would be an expensive repair to replace a fuel pump. The man the phone suggested I check my relays and sure enough that was the problem. I remembered that, and so when I needed my brakes, disks, and calipers replaced, I set an appointment with them. They were professional and very forward and upfront about what needed to be done. The prices seemed fair, and they were very transparent about the cost of services. The work they did on my vehicle is quality, and I will definitely go back to them if I need anything else.

I discovered NAS when I lived in Naperville and it was super close to my house and loved their service. I moved about twenty minutes away and for 2-3 years I didn’t go there due to distance but failed to find anywhere that was even half as good. I took a car on the fritz to them last year and remembered in one visit why I loved them and I’ll never go anywhere else. High quality work, extremely knowledgeable, amazing customer service, Geoff and Billy run a shop that is everything you could ever want in a mechanic.

I have become a loyal customer of this place because of their consistent excellence. Every time I visit, they tackle the issues promptly and the costs have always been reasonable. It is a rarity to find an auto place that values their customers' time and money as much as this one does. One of the most impressive aspects of this place is their ability to identify issues swiftly and accurately. Recently, they only took a short time to pinpoint and resolve my tire pressure sensor issue, which a tire place failed to diagnose multiple times over the past year. It's a relief to finally find a team who knows their stuff! Geoff is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He always suggests practical ways to save money without compromising on the quality of the service. Billy, their customer service is friendly and very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Naperville Automotive Solutions! After just 3.5 years, the cylinder head on my VW Tiguan needed repairs, and VW quoted me a staggering $10K—right after my short warranty had expired. Through an online search, I found Naperville Automotive Solutions and scheduled an appointment, fully prepared to pay their inspection fee for a second opinion. But when I arrived, David and his team did something I’ve never experienced from a mechanic before—they advised me to contact VW headquarters first and fight for them to cover the repair. Not only did they save me money, but they also took the time to guide me on exactly what to say and even provided VW’s contact information. Their honesty and integrity blew me away.
