My family and I have been coming to National Auto Repair for a while now and their customer service is amazing as well as, the car services they provide. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and Kevin was very helpful and thorough in explaining of what the car needed fixing and what would be our options. I would very much recommend coming here.

Quick serveice with great prices. Bought new tires for a great price. Free rotation with oil changes. Oil changes was quick with full syn oil. Oil change special $58!

Went in for a front end alignment. They were fast, did great work and the price was very reasonable. Will go there again and have already referred them to a couple of friends, who also were very satisfied. 2nd visit even better than last. They are honest, dependable, and very reasonable prices. The manager is terrific and very knowledgeable. He gives straight forward answers and will not do unnecessary work. He understands that times are tough right now and yet even in this horrible economy I haven't noticed his prices go up at all. So glad I finally found a mechanic true to his word and respectful to his customers! In that line of work, honesty is very hard to find!

Overcharge me $400 oil change claims screws loose which I find out big fat lies. I never comeback again this place ripped me off charging unnecessary with bunch lies. I got ripped off $400 service I didn’t even request & they started working on replacing my oil pan which nothing wrong with it and I told them stop but the claim they already started unscrewed it. All they have to do is put back old screws but they refuse & want to keep charging me. They claimed oil pan was leak where no evidence I see leaking. Don’t go this place if you don’t want get ripped off. I reported to yelp and consumer place as well. They keep ripping off consumer like that they will go out of business soon I declare that & I would sue this shop if I have time to go to court get all my money back which they lied to me ripping me off. I am expecting to get my money restored 7-fold of what this guy stolen from me. This place is very bad business they rip off people. Expect this place go out of business soon. This owner is a thief and liar. He trick you pay something you don’t need to fix. Stay away from this business. I have already reported to consumer made complaints. I would give minus zero for this place. It will go out business soon. They also stole my hub cab of scion. I noticed my hub cab missing on one of my tires which I had. I call them back about missing hub cab and they told me they look for it. If they find it, they told me they will call back but never received call back. I know if I go over there, they will say they lost it. I know all four tire hub cab was there before I took my car because I washed my car early morning. Then after I pick up my car, my hub cab missing. I had to order myself new one to replace them. I am very disappointed this place hopefully this place will shut down.
