Repeat customer here, writing this review because I had a terrible experience with a Pep Boys location the month prior. NATT was fair with pricing; repaired and restored my entire front end within 2 business days, along with typical alignment, rotation, and other necessary standard service work on my Lexus ES. Fair pricing, great service. Will continue to come back so long as Mr. Singh will continue running this shop.

Took my car for an inspection the last day of the month. Failed me l because I “needed” ball joints when another shop showed me there was absolutely nothing wrong. Even sat on my hood where they’re is already visible paint damage. Thanks

If you want mechanics to shiest you $700 and then cause $2000 worth of damages on your nearly new car, take your vehicle here! Brought my car in for one repair and get an inspection and left with a broken axle. Once I brought my car back in because I discovered my axle was broken on my new car, they refused me a refund or a repair for their damage. Truly revolted by this business.

The best AUTO MECHANIC SHOP in Queens. 👍 I just had my headlight fixed and priced in a very decent amount. Before coming to this shop, I went to other shop distant to Mr. Singh, they quoted me tripple than the price of Mr. Singh. So unjustified, but Mr. Sing is the best. This will be my shop for the rest of my car’s life. Thank you Mr. Singh and company. 👍👍👍
