Now I see why their number of stars are so low. They were going to charge me $345 to get my car unstuck from the little wooden curb/edge-type thing you see pictured here, where the rear tires wouldn't budge and my front wheels kept spinning in place (and deeper and deeper) in the rocky gravel. Not to mention, they had to take more of my information than I thought would be necessary just to finally give that quote. When I said no thank you, they asked how much was in my budget to pay for the service, in case they could work out a discount. I said for something like that, I would think it would be around $50, if that. But definitely something under $100. They said they couldn't accommodate that. I then called another local company, further away but with all 5-star reviews, and before even seeing the pictures and without any of my information needed yet, they said something like that would start at $100, depending on the difficulty. Of course still not ideal, but certainly better than $345!!! And when that second place saw the pictures (which this place had also seen), they agreed it should be really easy to get out. Unfortunately, they'd told me after checking with their driver that they wouldn't be able to assist today. But FORtunately, while I was waiting in those few minutes for them to get back to me, I was finally able to get it out myself, after doing some quick Googling and using some pieces of cardboard I thankfully happened to have on hand. Yes, it ended up being ***just*** that easy. And quick. And these folks were going to charge me $345. Pfft. So, thankfully no tow company ended up being needed and no money wasted on something so trivial, but at least now I know if I ever do have a need of that kind of service, not to call this one.

I was told after half hour it would be another 55 mins, then after 65, another 20, then another 30 and so on until it added up to almost 4 hours. Then after 3.5 hrs they told me they couldn't reach the driver. Nobody came and even after they agreed to refund over $200 to tow 5 miles, they still kept $49 "service fee". I think it's a call center in another country. I never saw a tow truck. Update: they did refund the whole amount about a month later.

This company is very unprofessional and doesn't show up! They keep extending their ETA giving excuses and saying they're on their way when they're really not. They told us 4 different times they'd be there in 20 minutes, but hadn't shown after 4 hours of waiting. We eventually got someone else to come help.
